"My achievement is making success as the President of BEML Society for more than eight years. This success is among all societies in Karnataka and in all public sector factories. Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) employees is the only society that has succeeded and registered more than 15,000 sites in Bangalore. I am proud to say that I was the captain of the team. The efficiency of the team captain and the result is given below: my involvement was fully selfless, with 100 percent dedication, hardcore sincerity, flexibility, hourly work follow-up, building confidence with the team, flexibility with working workers, creating confidence with society members, coordination with contractors, and being friendly with government officials and BEML management. My motivation to serve society led me to execute work that others couldn't. My strong willpower and selfless dedication of overcoming any critical situation in achieving the goal. In 1996, I left BEML Society and BEML factory by contributing more than 10,000 sites to the employees and 5,000 sites to others. I am proud to say that I made all 15,000 site owners as millionaires. This is one hundred percent true. Anyone can hear about this from any employee of Bharat Earth Movers Limited.

 

      I am a proven leader in achieving 15,000 sites for the employees in short time and making them happy as a millionaires. This is only possible due to the opportunity given by God, which I utilized. I am only a tool of God.

 

      I had one more opportunity to serve the poor, an opportunity given by the Government of Karnataka to distribute free sites for the poor. I traced government lands, executed the work and legal formalities, and distributed 30,000 (State Record) sites in and around Bengaluru, making it a success." In recognition for the above achievement, I have been awarded Karnataka Rajyotsava Award. Also, awarded the Honorary Chevalier Award by France.
